2. Customer personal data. The mere voluntary provision of personal data constitutes the customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions and, consequently, tacitly authorizes us to process said data. MELCO LOGISTICS DE MÉXICO S.A. de C.V. collects the following personal data: full name, the legal entity to which the individual belongs, address, job title, contact telephone numbers, electronic address, Tax ID (RFC), email address, and commercial, corporate, and financial information. This data is collected in various ways: when you provide it directly to us—whether by telephone, email, or in writing; when you visit our website; when you visit our facilities; when you use our online services; and when we obtain information through other sources permitted by law, such as telephone or employment directories.

3. Purpose. By voluntarily providing their personal data—including sensitive personal data—the client accepts and authorizes MELCO LOGISTICS DE MÉXICO S.A. de C.V. to use and process said data via automated means. This data will be incorporated into the MELCO LOGISTICS DE MÉXICO S.A. de C.V. database for the purpose of identifying and locating the client; communicating with them; sending information; providing services and products requested by the client (or that may be requested in the future); offering price quotes; sending information regarding the services provided; notifying the client of service changes; evaluating the quality of services rendered; and addressing complaints, inquiries, and/or needs and requirements related to our services.

4. Disclosure of information by MELCO LOGISTICS DE MÉXICO S.A. de C.V. personnel. The disclosure of our clients' information to third parties without their consent is strictly prohibited, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and subject to the terms established by said law. We commit to treating your personal data, as well as commercial and financial information, as sensitive data under the strictest security measures to guarantee their confidentiality. Should an authority so require, personal data and/or sensitive data may be made available to them, in strict compliance with the Law. 5. Correcting information. Customers may correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete. To exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition) regarding the processing of your data, as well as to revoke the consent you have granted us, you must submit your request via email to ventas@melcologistics.com.mx, including the following phrase in the email subject line: “Attention: Personal Data Privacy Department.” Said request must contain the customer's name and the name of the legal representative, an address or other means for communicating the response to your request, and a statement regarding the correction of the information; it must also attach documents proving the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the data subject, a clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. A response to said request will be provided in accordance with Articles 28 through 35 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, via postal mail or email at the address provided by the customer for this purpose.

6. Legal Provisions. For the interpretation and/or compliance with the foregoing terms and conditions regarding security, privacy, and legal matters, both the Personal Data Subject (client) and MELCO LOGISTICS DE MÉXICO S.A. de C.V. shall be governed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its supplementary regulations; in the event of a dispute, they agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might otherwise be entitled by reason of their present or future domiciles or for any other reason. 7.
