MELX operates a network of warehouses located at the country's key logistics hubs, offering warehousing and distribution solutions tailored to each client's needs. Our operations are managed via a proprietary WMS that ensures visibility, traceability, and precise inventory control at all times.

As a specialized 3PL provider, we adapt to the specific requirements of each project—ranging from basic goods storage to complex operations that integrate multiple value-added services within the warehouse.

TYPES OF STORAGE

IMMEX Warehouse
We operate warehouses under the IMMEX program for manufacturing companies that need to temporarily import foreign-origin goods without paying foreign trade taxes. We manage the control, traceability, and documentation required by the regime, ensuring compliance with the SAT at all times.
General Deposit Warehouse
We offer storage space for domestic goods under general deposit warehouse arrangements, featuring inventory control, controlled access, and periodic stock reports.

Infrastructure

Our warehouses feature selective racking for organized pallet storage with direct access to each position, floor storage for high-turnover or large-volume goods, and forklift equipment for the efficient movement of cargo within the facilities.

Picking and packing
Order preparation and packing performed with precision and efficiency, tailored to the volume and frequency required by the client's operations.
Labeling and re-labeling
Application or modification of labels in accordance with client requirements, destination, or applicable regulations.
Inventory control.
Comprehensive management of inbound and outbound movements, locations, and stock levels using our proprietary WMS, with reports available at the frequency required by the client.

Distribution

Our warehousing operations integrate seamlessly with our nationwide ground distribution services.
Once the goods are ready, we coordinate their dispatch and transport to the final destination using our existing carrier network, ensuring supply chain continuity and a single point of contact responsible for the entire process.

QUERÉTARO WAREHOUSE

Our main warehouse in Querétaro spans 15,540 m² and has a capacity of approximately 15,000 pallets. It operates under the IMMEX regime with VAT and IEPS certifications, enabling manufacturing companies to optimize their tax structure and ensure regulatory compliance in every operation.
